MANUFACTURING PLAN
MANUFACTURING PLAN
The manufacturing plan of Manu Engineers and Traders, established in 1990, follows a systematic and quality-driven approach to ensure precision and efficiency in production. Below is an overview of their manufacturing procedure:
- Purchase Order Confirmation
The process begins with the confirmation of a purchase order, ensuring all client specifications and requirements are acknowledged. - Drawings Issuance & Analysis
The company issues detailed engineering drawings, which are then reviewed by the Managing Director and engineers to determine the raw materials needed. - Raw Material Procurement & Inspection
After analyzing the necessary raw materials, the procurement team purchases them. A Third-Party Inspection (TPI) is conducted to ensure compliance with purchase order conditions before further processing. - Material Allocation & Fabrication
Once approved, the raw materials are allocated to the respective departments for fabrication work, ensuring each component is processed according to specifications. - Black Stage Production & Inspection
The fabricated materials reach the black stage, where they undergo another round of quality inspection as per purchase order terms. - Painting & Final Processing
The approved materials are painted as per the specified terms and conditions, ensuring durability and compliance with client requirements. - Final Inspection & Documentation
The finished product undergoes a final quality inspection before dispatch. All necessary documents are reviewed and witnessed by TPI, and an Inspection Release Note (IRN) is issued. - Dispatch & Delivery
After receiving clearance from all departments, the final product is dispatched to the client.
This structured approach ensures that Manu Engineers and Traders delivers high-quality, inspected, and compliant products to their customers, maintaining their legacy of precision manufacturing.
