OUR JOURNEY
The Journey of Manu Engineers & Traders
Manu Engineers & Traders has a rich legacy of growth and innovation in the field of steel structure fabrication. The company’s foundation dates back to 1979 when Varinder Mohan Garg established Kosva Industries as a casting unit. Over time, recognizing the potential in structural fabrication, he expanded the business, leading to the official establishment of Manu Engineers & Traders as an MSME unit in 1990. The company initially focused on the fabrication of MS and GI structures, setting the stage for its future expansion.
The early 2000s marked a period of significant growth. In 2002, the company installed an Induction Furnace, allowing it to expand its manufacturing capabilities. In 2004, Varun Garg, a B.E. Industrial Engineering graduate, joined the business as Managing Director, bringing in a fresh perspective and technical expertise.
By 2010, Manu Engineers & Traders embraced modern technology with the addition of CNC machines and the establishment of a new plant at Growth Centre Bathinda, dedicated exclusively to steel structure fabrication. This expansion allowed the company to serve larger industrial clients and undertake more complex fabrication projects.
Recent years have been marked by further advancements. In 2022, the company doubled its production capacity from 200MT to 400MT by optimizing supplier relationships and diversifying sourcing strategies. In 2023, it invested in acquiring new land to set up another manufacturing plant, reinforcing its commitment to future growth. The company also introduced employee training programs and workplace safety regulations.
Looking ahead, Manu Engineers & Traders has set ambitious goals for 2025 and 2028. It aims to scale production to 1,000 MT per month, explore export markets, and become a globally recognized leader in steel structure fabrication, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and timely delivery.
